As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you’ll report directly to the Regional Manager, focusing on delivering exceptional service to clients while addressing their individual insurance needs. Establishing and maintaining rapport with both assigned and recent customers is key. You will also be familiar with our other product lines, enhancing our service offerings through cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve annual growth and sales targets
• Prospect recent clients and follow up on leads




• Manage Personal Lines Book of Business
• Conduct annual coverage reviews and manage paper flow
• Support Autopac transactions and additional duties as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ experience in Personal Lines
• Current Manitoba Insurance License Level 2 or 3
• Knowledge of EPIC software considered an asset
• Robust organization and multitasking skills
• Positive communication and team collaboration
