Job Description

Responsibilities
Provide customers with friendly and qualified service while preparing meat products for purchase and creating meat displays.
Actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.
Serve customers to meet their needs.
Prepare meat products.
Merchandise the meat area if applicable.
Receive meat orders.
Perform special order meat product requests.
Meet company meat standards and Canadian Food Inspection Agency regulations (CFIA).
Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards.
Provide technical training to recent staff and clerks.
Assist the Meat Manager, Clerk, or Department Second Meat if applicable.

Qualifications
Full knowledge of department operations and required skills.
Ability to work independently in a quick‑paced environment.
High School Diploma.
Minimum 12 months of experience.
