As a Strategist at Business Link Alberta, you will focus on enhancing the entrepreneurship journey for Indigenous clients. Your expertise in client service and cultural engagement will foster collaboration and trusted relationships between Indigenous communities and business support partners. Facilitate workshops and provide one-on-one consultations to empower clients in making informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized support to Indigenous entrepreneurs and businesses
• Conduct needs assessments to align guidance with business goals
• Facilitate workshops and webinars for entrepreneurial development
• Capture client outcomes and community engagement for insights
• Build meaningful relationships with Indigenous organizations and communities
Requirements:
• Experience working with Indigenous communities and entrepreneurs
• Post-secondary degree or diploma with relevant experience
• Robust communication and presentation skills
• Ability to navigate CRM systems and digital tools
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License required
