The Grounds Worker plays a vital role on the Maintenance team, reporting directly to the Grounds Supervisor. We’re looking for an individual with a robust horticultural background to enhance our gardens, landscapes, and outdoor spaces. Working five days a week, the role includes physical outdoor work year-round, ensuring the campus remains an attractive and sustainable workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enhance landscapes, gardens, and outdoor areas
• Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing




• Operate and maintain grounds equipment and tools
• Identify plant health issues and recommend treatments
• Assist with seasonal garden maintenance and campus beautification
Requirements:
• Diploma in Horticulture or related field
• Minimum two years' experience in horticulture or landscape maintenance
• Robust plant identification skills
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills
