This full time position involves delivering safety training across Manitoba from the Winnipeg office and remotely. You will create and revise training content while engaging with participants through various formats, including webinars. The role requires significant interaction with manufacturing organizations to enhance their safety programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver safety and health training in-person and online
• Prepare and manage training sessions comprehensively
• Create and revise training content to meet safety needs




• Develop additional resources to aid workplace safety
• Assist with QA assessments and Member audits
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Experience in Occupational Health & Safety is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Robust communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift training materials (7 to 10 kg)
