In the Capital Markets Technology group, you’ll support the Fixed Income Production Support team. This role involves resolving complex production issues, collaborating with analysts and developers, and ensuring effective service delivery. Your contributions will help strengthen relationships with internal teams and external vendors, supporting our goal of being a trusted banking partner.

Key Responsibilities:



• Resolve medium to high complexity production problems • Collaborate on bug fixes and product releases • Monitor and analyze application performance • Assist with application validation during outages • Build relationships with business lines and vendors

Requirements: • 1 - 3 years supporting Front Office Trading Applications • Experience with Unix, SQL, and basic scripting • Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills • Degree in Computer Science or related field • Knowledge of Bloomberg TOMS or Broadway is a plus
