Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor trade personnel for high-quality road maintenance
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate field operations effectively
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety and quality compliance




• Collaborate with leadership to respond to changing conditions
• Train crew members in secure work practices and productive operations
Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience at MO4 level or higher preferred
• Knowledge of Highway and Motor Vehicle Acts
• Valid Canadian driver’s license (Class 3 mandatory)
• Effective communication skills with co-workers
• Able to work nights, weekends, and possibly on-call
