• Maintain positive partnerships with mortgage industry specialists
• Review and confirm accuracy of income and property documentation
• Escalate any issues to the Underwriter promptly




• Maintain clear documentation in the underwriting system
• Respond to all inquiries within established timelines
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education or related experience
• Previous experience in the mortgage industry is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other PC software
• Robust ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
