Lead day-to-day operations for youth programs at Taproot Community Support Services. This part time role focuses on supervision, program development, and community engagement, ensuring compliance with standards.
As a pivotal Program Supervisor, you will oversee the Youth Residential programs, ensuring facilities meet licensing requirements and best practices are adhered to. Engage in staff recruitment, provide training, and manage budgets to enhance support for children and youth facing challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement program activities and special events
• Develop and evaluate program policies and procedures
• Supervise program staff, conducting performance evaluations




• Recruit and select qualified staff and contractors
• Promote the program at community events
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in humanities or social sciences
• Minimum three years in a similar program, one in a supervisory role
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is required
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Ability to utilize basic computer applications
