This role involves food preparation and service, adhering to the School Food and Nutrition Policy. You will interact positively with students, maintain confidentiality, and execute kitchen duties effectively. The position emphasizes healthy food practices and is critical to the School Lunch Program’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure food safety standards are maintained during food service
• Interact positively with students during lunch service
• Complete daily logs for temperature and food prep
• Perform all kitchen duties,



including cleaning and restocking
• Support the school recycling program and food equity initiatives
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Food Safety Training (can be provided)
• Experience in food service preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
