Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with various departments and external partners
• Analyze and document user and business needs
• Prepare project schedules, budgets,

• Support ongoing improvement through data analysis
• Conduct training and prepare support materials
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Computer Science or similar
• At least seven years in business analysis roles
• Business analysis certification preferred
• Familiarity with change management principles
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
