The Beaumont Sport & Recreation Centre is seeking certified lifeguard/instructors for morning and daytime shifts. You will oversee patron safety, lead swim lessons for kids, and promote secure pool enjoyment. Your supervisory experience and leadership will be vital in creating a secure and engaging atmosphere in our state-of-the-art facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the safety of patrons in the aquatic area
• Provide swim lessons and develop tailored lesson plans
• Maintain high health and safety standards at all times




• Train current lifeguard/instructors during shadow shifts
• Conduct daily pool maintenance and cleanliness checks
Requirements:
• LSS Swim Instructor and LSS National Lifeguard certification
• Intermediate First Aid certification is mandatory
• Transparent Criminal Record Check and Child Services Intervention Check
• Availability for morning and weekend shifts
• Proven skills in directing children and youth activities
