Duties
Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
Perform skilled hair styling services tailored to client preferences and current trends
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, ensuring a secure and hygienic environment
Assist clients with product recommendations and upselling to enhance their experience and meet their needs
Support retail sales efforts by promoting products and services effectively




Ensure all salon protocols are followed to uphold quality standards and client satisfaction
Keep the work area organized and stocked with necessary supplies for efficient operations

Skills
Minimum experience of 2 years as a barber
Able to be patient and level headed at all times
Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to beauty or salon environments
Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and management
Professional demeanor with a focus on delivering a positive client experience
Preferably residing in Etobicoke or neighboring areas
