Support the Prince George Native Friendship Centre as a Maintenance Worker. Focus on general maintenance, repairs, and ensuring facilities run efficiently in a welcoming workplace.
As part of the PGNFC Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance tasks and general repairs. This full time role requires a hands-on individual dedicated to keeping the facilities in top condition while fostering community growth and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct light plumbing tasks and fixture maintenance
• Perform electrical repairs including outlet replacements
• Assist in small-scale renovations and carpentry work
• Handle painting and touch-up projects
• Move and arrange furniture for organizational needs
Requirements:
• Experience in maintenance or related fields
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Robust problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move items securely
• Must possess a valid driver's license
Utilize your maintenance skills to contribute to the meaningful work done at the PGNFC.
