Take the lead at Verathon as the Director of Airway Program Management in Burnaby, BC. Spearhead product development and elevate project delivery in a regulated environment.

This leadership position focuses on managing the entire program lifecycle for airway management products. You will be responsible for driving performance metrics, facilitating collaboration across departments, and ensuring effective resource management. Your expertise will strengthen Verathon's market position by assuring that every program meets specifications, timelines, and regulatory requirements throughout its development journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end execution of airway product development
• Oversee program budgets and integrated scheduling
• Implement strategies for on-time, quality-compliant delivery




• Maintain transparent communication and transparency with stakeholders
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of program managers

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering
• 10+ years of hardware product development experience
• Strong leadership in program/project management roles for 5+ years
• Proven track record in regulated environments, especially medical devices
• Monthly travel required to the Bothell, WA headquarters
