TELUS Health is seeking a Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, Sexologist or Psychoeducator EAP Counsellor located in Saint‑Georges, QC. This is a permanent position requiring 3 or 4 days per week.
Responsibilities Provide short‑term counselling to diverse clients through the Employee Assistance Program.
Adapt interventions to clients’ personal styles and support needs.
Manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools.
Participate in team meetings, peer groups, and online training.
Qualifications Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field.
Registered member in good standing with the OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPSQ or OPPQ.
At least five years of clinical experience.
Proficiency in French (bilingualism is an asset).
Experience with brief interventions, solution‑focused approach, crisis or high‑risk situations.
Robust time‑management and ability to handle a high volume of clients.
