• Create engaging eLearning and practical training content
• Deliver training sessions effectively to diverse audiences
• Design comprehensive onboarding for current employees
• Monitor training effectiveness with relevant success metrics
Requirements:
• Degree in Learning & Development or Adult Education
• 3+ years of relevant training experience
• Familiarity with adult learning theories
• Robust skills in Microsoft 365 and training software
• Bilingual fluency in English and French required
