Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of residents
• Collaborate in the creation of individualized care plans
• Administer nursing treatments and assist with daily activities




• Maintain accurate documentation of resident health changes
• Provide support and direction to Health Care Aides
Requirements:
• Completion of an approved LPN program
• Active CLPNA registration and CPR certification
• Two years of experience in mental health settings preferred
• Solid critical thinking and communication skills
• Clean Class 5 driver's license required
