This fully remote position requires effective communication and troubleshooting skills to assist employees across various sites. You’ll be responsible for maintaining user accounts and ensuring software functionality while building a knowledge base that enhances team efficiency. Experience with Microsoft Office products and networking is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle user requests via online channels and phone
• Remote troubleshooting of client hardware and software
• Update and modify user accounts as specified




• Create documentation for Knowledge Base
• Facilitate testing and updates with team members
Requirements:
• IT diploma or equivalent training, A+ certification is a plus
• Minimum two years of relevant technical experience
• Robust understanding of Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and Active Directory
• Must be eligible for Level 2 Security Clearance
