Gilmore Wellness Clinic is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our multidisciplinary wellness team. We offer 59+ wellness and aesthetic services supported by advanced technology and a strong client base. About The Role
Provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments
Perform assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate charting in JaneApp
Educate clients on wellness, injury prevention, and homecare
Collaborate with clinic practitioners to enhance patient outcomes
Maintain a clean, calm, and protected treatment setting
Participate in occasional clinic events, open houses, or wellness promotions
Qualifications
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with CMTBC
Valid liability insurance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to client-centered care and professional ethics
Experience with ICBC billing is an asset
JaneApp experience is preferred but not required
New graduates are welcome to apply
Steady client flow + internal referrals
Full front-desk support (booking, billing, direct billing, reminders)
All supplies provided (table, linens, oils, laundry)
