In your role, report to the CFO and supervise a team focused on upkeep and operational efficiency across all YESS properties. You'll manage maintenance tasks, implement safety programs, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the overall workplace. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee comprehensive facility maintenance and cleanliness
• Create and execute a detailed maintenance schedule
• Lead and support facilities assistants and safety advisors




• Develop training programs for safety compliance
• Partner with vendors to uphold facility standards
Requirements:
• Journeyman certification or diploma in Health & Safety
• Experienced with 3 years in a supervisory role
• Valid First Aid Certificate required
• Recent police clearance and child intervention checks
• Clean driver’s abstract with Alberta class 5 license
