Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications according to established policies
• Review and assist with residents’ Support Plans
• Observe and document changes in residents' health
• Accompany residents to meals and various activities
• Address nursing call systems promptly
Requirements:
• Completed accredited Personal Support Worker program
• Certification in Medication Administration
• First Aid and CPR certified
• 600 hours of relevant geriatric experience
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
