Key Responsibilities:
• Allocate tasks and train crew on safety standards
• Communicate with authorities and liaise with MTO for resources
• Conduct daily inspections and quality control measures




• Perform circle checks on vehicles and equipment
• Maintain accurate logs and submit them on time
Requirements:
• Valid DZ License required
• Supervisory experience in task delegation and training
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping
• Ability to work in inclement weather conditions
• Experience in snow and ice control preferred
