In this position, you will manage a substantial workload of over 50 files, overseeing every aspect from initial claims handling to trial. Your role will help educate clients on litigation processes while ensuring compliance with local laws and internal standards. Requirements: • Must hold a J.D. or LL.B. and be a member of the Ontario Bar • 3-8 years litigation experience in claims • Proven legal research and writing skills • Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities • Ability to thrive in a team-focused setting
