As a Bilingual Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering the full recruitment lifecycle while providing key administrative and technical support for talent acquisition and talent development operations. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, leverage data-driven insights, and champion company safety and quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Administering the complete recruitment and selection process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define hiring needs, selection criteria, and best practices.
- Building and nurturing strong cross-functional relationships to align talent strategies with departmental goals and company culture.
- Managing communication with candidates in both English and French throughout the entire hiring process.
- Supporting onboarding activities, including orientation scheduling, new hire paperwork, and first-day support.




- Designing high-impact presentations and reports, utilizing advanced spreadsheets to track recruitment metrics and time-to-fill results.
- Supporting talent development initiatives, including training design and implementation, training needs analysis (TNA), and performance management support.
- Contributing to succession planning, employee engagement programs, and maintaining a centralized library of learning assets.
- Leveraging Talent Acquisition Systems, social media channels, and job boards to execute creative sourcing campaigns.

What You'll Need To Be Successful:

- College Diploma or University degree with a focus on Human Resources or an equivalent field.
- 1 to 2 years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Working towards a CHRP designation is considered a strong asset.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong technical aptitude with familiarity utilizing Talent Acquisition Systems and building detailed tracking reports.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Compensation Range: $60-70,000 base salary and total rewards package commensurate with experience.
