Location: Vanderhoof, Fort St. James, Takla Landing, or Burns Lake

Employment Type: Full time, 35 hours per week

Role Overview

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Mental Health Therapist provides a range of mental health services to children and youth within a First Nations cultural and socioeconomic setting.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Educational Counseling, or Clinical Psychology
Registered with the respective professional body (CCPA, BCACC, BCASW, ICBOC, ACCT or CPCA)
Two years of related experience providing a range of community-based mental health services

Location

Placements may be secured in Vanderhoof, Fort St. James, Takla Landing, or Burns Lake. Placement availability depends on current staffing levels,



available funding, and community patient loads.

Wage Range

The target hiring range for this position is $45.90 to $59.45 per hour. Placement within the range depends on role‑specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience, and market conditions.

In addition to base salary, CSFS offers a compensation package that includes adaptable time‑off options promoting work‑life‑family balance, a Municipal Pension Plan (defined benefit with an employer contribution of 9.31% after the eligibility period), and extended health and dental benefits.
