As the HPC Vendor Service Manager, your mission is to oversee all vendor activities related to high-performance computing infrastructure. You will manage OEM service relationships, ensuring compliance, repair efficiency, and logistical accuracy across vendor operations. This position requires an understanding of technical infrastructure and the ability to coordinate teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison for OEM and third-party vendors
• Oversee maintenance, diagnostics, and repair schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols
• Manage RMAs,



including tracking and communication
• Assess vendor performance and report metrics
Requirements:
• Degree or relevant education in IT or Engineering
• Over 3 years in data center operations or hardware support
• Proven experience in vendor management and service delivery
• Knowledge of HPC settings and lifecycle management
• Robust skills in communication and oversight
