In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with members. Key duties include conducting tours, responding to inquiries, and maintaining safety standards. You will also deliver exercise guidance and assist in program sessions. Your ability to educate and enforce fitness rules will contribute to the Centre’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized consultations for first-time customers
• Conduct facility tours for prospective members
• Maintain fitness centre cleanliness and safety standards




• Provide exercise guidance and first aid support
• Assist with recreational equipment setup and takedown
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree candidate or PFT certification
• CPR C and Standard First Aid certifications
• Experience in fitness instruction and customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed
• Commitment to continuing education in fitness
