Your role will actively contribute to meeting occupancy targets while ensuring a best-in-class sales experience for residents. Collaborating with management, you'll coordinate engaging tours that highlight the advantages of our retirement residences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
• Actively promote residences through outreach and events
• Manage leads and the entire sales process
• Ensure compliance with sales standards and practices
• Collaborate with directors for effective marketing strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Public Relations
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience
• Proficiency in CRM and common business applications
• Valid transportation for community engagement
