As an Instructor and Lifeguard 2, you will lead a team of aquatic staff to maintain safety in our facilities while implementing engaging daily programs. This position requires expertise in lifesaving techniques, swimming instruction, and pool maintenance tasks to ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons. Your leadership will shape junior staff, ensuring they are well-trained and performing effectively throughout every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform lifeguarding duties and respond to emergencies
• Provide direction to Junior Instructor/Lifeguards




• Teach swimming lessons to various age groups
• Ensure pool and facility maintenance
• Maintain work records and oversee staff schedules
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Over one year lifeguard/instructor experience
• Current National Lifeguard and CPR certifications
• WHMIS training required
• Ability to manage and supervise aquatic activities
