Component Repair Supervisor
The component repair supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the various engine repair departments at our St‑Hubert facility.
This is a full‑time, day‑shift position, Monday to Friday, based in St.Hubert, and is exclusively on‑site.
Responsibilities Supervise day‑to‑day repair/overhaul operations in a high‑technology industry, on the evening shift
Motivate and energize the workforce to reach an optimal level of employee engagement
Responsible for main performance indicators: health & safety, quality, on‑time delivery, productivity, etc.
Help develop and manage the budget and hiring
Supervise work shift changes
Host and take part in meetings with other managers
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in aeronautics, business administration, or engineering
Minimum 4+ years of experience supervising employees in the manufacturing sector
Knowledge and experience with aftermarket repair and inspection processes in the aviation industry (asset)
Demonstrated leadership experience
Experience in leading and developing high‑performing teams, groups, projects and/or processes
Must be quality oriented and committed to providing quality services in a demanding workplace
Ability to work independently in a high‑pressure environment
Lead to meet customer requirements while maintaining the highest quality of work
Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously




Must be able to interact with various support groups
Working in a French‑speaking environment but requires a working knowledge of English for reading special instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms; communication in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues may be required
