About the role
We’re currently seeking Senior Actuarial Analysts for our growing teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 87,200 – 106,600 CAD (based on a 35‑hour workweek)
Annual bonus target up to 10% of base salary, with potential payout up to double the target based on personal and company performance

What you’ll do here
Resolve complex problems using actuarial expertise and share knowledge with colleagues
Work autonomously on challenging, strategic projects in areas such as ratemaking, reinsurance, corporate planning, data science, reserving and more
Drive change by improving work processes and making substantial observations, conclusions and recommendations
Guide and prioritize the team’s work, coach effectively to strengthen individual and group success
Share analysis conclusions with stakeholders and provide timely recommendations
What you bring to the table
University degree or equivalent education and experience
Certifications in mathematics, actuarial, ACAS (preferred)
3 years or more of actuarial experience,
preferably in the P&C; insurance sector
Good knowledge of Python, VBA, R or SAS
Desirable competencies: adaptability, innovation, analytical thinking, decision making, critical thinking, stellar communication, planning and organizing, team orientation
For Quebec‑based candidates: bilingualism required (English and French needed for regular interaction with colleagues across the country)
Not required to have Canadian work experience, but must be eligible to work in Canada
