Support coordination and management of ground and flight testing of a new product within the Ground & Flight Test Engineering group.
Responsibilities Be a part of the Ground & Flight Test Engineering group, supporting the coordination and management of ground and flight testing of a new product.
Collaborate on the definition, design and integration of ground and flight testing within the new product development team including Bombardier Flight Test Center (BFTC) and Bombardier Experimental (BEX).
Document the project testing strategy, requirements, demands, and scorecards and any other supporting technical definition for testing.
Generate and maintain design, build, and test schedules for ground rigs and flight test vehicles.
Review status, issues, and their resolution process for all phases of testing for all Bombardier owned testing assets.
Support problem‑solving for all program and engineering disciplines, including engaging with the integrated product development team to determine testing strategy, timeline, purpose, and requirements.
Interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders as part of a multidisciplinary team,



coordinating the work as required to complete your tasks.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering.
10‑15 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
Autonomous, results‑driven, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
Strong communication skills, able to tailor communication to suit the audience.
Strives for harmonious, cohesive teamwork.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint or SharePoint.
Knowledge of Siemens Suite (e.g. Teamcenter) is an asset.
