Drive technical success in your customer accounts as a Delivery Solutions Architect at Databricks. This hybrid position requires expertise in both technology and strategic relationship management.

As a key member of the Field Engineering Team, you will accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform among strategic customers. By overseeing technical project deliveries and nurturing executive relationships, you will guide customers from initial usage to full-scale implementation. This role is pivotal for ensuring the clients' return on investment within our data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define strategies for customer engagement and onboarding
• Act as a technical resource for ongoing support during implementation
• Facilitate access to expert-level assistance for complex issues




• Create coordinated plans for customer adoption of use cases
• Report on customer health and usage metrics to stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in technical project/program delivery
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, or Scala
• Experience in a customer-facing technical architecture role
• Knowledge of attributes that drive business value in projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
