A Day in the Life
As the Director,



Information Services, you will lead the strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of Allnorth’s Information Services function.

In this role, you will:

Develop and execute Information Services strategy, policies, and priorities aligned with business goals

Lead, mentor, and support a distributed Information Services team

Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to improve systems, processes, and service delivery

Oversee Information Services operations, infrastructure, business systems, and technology investments

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets to maximize value and performance

Lead technology transformation initiatives and support successful implementation of current systems and solutions

Champion cybersecurity, information privacy, and business continuity practices across the organization

Identify emerging technologies and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Diploma or degree in Information Services, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a B.Sc. or professional designation is considered an asset

10+ years of progressive Information Services experience, including leadership responsibility in a complex business environmentStrong understanding of enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business technology strategy

Proven ability to lead teams, manage operational priorities, and drive organizational change

Strong business acumen with experience balancing technology investments, operational needs, and cost effectiveness

Excellent communication, relationship‑building, negotiation,



and decision‑making skills

Ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization

Willingness to travel occasionally to support business and team needs
