Join the emergency services at Brightshores in Owen Sound as a Full-Time Registered Nurse, specializing in critical care for adults, children, and infants. This role will challenge and sharpen your nursing skills every day.

In this full time, temporary position expected to conclude in September 2026, you will report to the Manager while focusing on delivering health promotion, assessment, and treatment in an emergency setting. You are expected to demonstrate excellent collaboration skills and a commitment to patient safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop care plans for critically ill patients
• Administer therapeutic and palliative treatments in emergencies
• Lead staff meetings and participate in unit projects




• Mentor new nurses and students in clinical practices
• Uphold patient safety measures according to organizational values

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario College of Nurses registration or eligibility
• Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, and PALS are required
• 12 to 24 months of experience in emergency care
• Strong assessment and decision-making skills
• Adherence to Brightshores’ safety and care standards
