This full time role reports to the Vice President – Shared Services and is central to aligning IT with business goals. You'll engage in modernizing IT infrastructure and ensuring productive service delivery while managing multiple sub-functions and direct reports. Engage stakeholders effectively to reinforce alignment between business demands and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute IT strategy matching business needs and risk posture
• Supervise infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity services
• Track and enhance KPIs,



SLAs for consistent performance
• Oversee major IT projects and vendor relationships
• Strengthen operational practices for reliability and efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in IT or related field
• Over 10 years in IT operations and service delivery
• Bilingual (French/English) preferred
• Expertise in IT infrastructure and cloud services
• Proven leadership in governance and vendor management
