Analysts are assigned a variety of analytical tasks associated with debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory assignments.Evaluating and analyzing the financial needs of corporate clients, including developing and preserving complex financial modelsSupporting transaction structuring and execution efforts, with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability over timeFinancial and written analysis of companies and industriesContributing to the delivery of client meetings and presentationsConducting research to analyze market trendsResearching and analyzing future opportunitiesWhat do you need to succeed? 0-3 years of investment banking, private equity, equity research, accounting, or corporate development experienceUndergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a quantitative field from a leading university with demonstrated academic achievementStrong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis,
