What You’ll Do Lead full‑cycle payroll for the Canadian team using ADP, with support from Workday and Dayforce. Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and company policies. Audit payroll, resolve discrepancies, and prepare year‑end T4s and RL‑1s. Prepare and audit monthly journal entries and accruals with Finance. Supervise one direct report and mentor payroll staff. Support payroll projects, identify process improvements, and provide payroll guidance to employees and management. Who You Are University or college graduate in any field. Payroll Leadership Professional (PLP) designation – required. Minimum 5 years Canadian payroll experience, including 2 + years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of federal and provincial payroll legislation. Experience with ADP; Workday and Dayforce isan asset. Analytical, organized, and collaborative.
