Rate Per hour: Multiple role rages from $70 to 100 Ph. Depending on experience Our client is a leading Canadian bank in downtown Toronto They are seeking Sr Business Systems Analyst - Treasury Technology to join a a growing team to help implement several new technology projects. Key Responsibilities Translate capital management business rules and data into detailed technology requirements, mappings, and controls, including requirement traceability matrices. Author user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence. Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and control documentation to ensure transparency, compliance, and audit readiness. Prepare test cases and plans; lead triage and QA activities to validate data and system integrity. Conduct data discovery and profiling for critical capital data sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality. Perform hands-on work with data platforms, integration processes, and testing methodologies. Create data and process flows using Visio, Confluence, and similar tools. Utilize SQL for analysis across large datasets and demonstrate understanding of big-data concepts. Maintain a strong foundational understanding of financial products and their impact on capital management.



Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years' experience & proven ability to translate business rules into technology requirements and maintain traceability in a large enterprise level workplace. 3+ years hands-on expertise in data integration, testing methodologies, and process documentation. Strong Data/Data Analyst type experience with strong SQL and data analysis across large datasets. Proficiency in creating data/process flows and maintaining governance artifacts. Solid foundational understanding of financial products (capital markets, risk mgnt, liquidity risk, market risk, interest rate risk, capital management/ non trading market risk, asset & lability mgnt (ALM), quantitative risk, etc.) Bachelor's degree in finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methods Nice-to-Have Qualifications 5-10 years experience as a BSA or technical BA, Experience with Credit / Liquidity risk, Capital Calculation Engines / QRM / Market risk technology implementation, TBSM, ALM, Familiarity with Axiom for capital reporting, 3+ years of experience in capital management technology, treasury systems, or related financial services roles, Past leadership experience, Past experience with enterprise level ETL, analytics and reporting systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
