About the role
SqlDBM is the leading cloud-native database modeling tool, empowering data professionals to design, manage, and collaborate on data structures with ease. We're growing rapidly and looking for people to join our fun, remote-first startup.

What you'll do

Own and manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to contract execution.

Engage and consult with C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders within enterprise data teams.

Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to lead technical deep dives and demos .

Strategically partner with Databricks, Snowflake, and other cloud ecosystem leaders .

Qualifications

5+ years of technical B2B sales, preferably SaaS, data, cloud, or infrastructure tools

Driven, coachable, and resourceful

Excellent communicator, articulate, persuasive, and capable of engaging senior stakeholders with confidence

Relentless execution mindset, self-starter, but asks for help when needed

Competitive DNA

Technically curious, not afraid of learning a complex product

Collaborative and positive

Ability to work non-standard hours and get stuff done

Compensation Range: salary range of CAD$182,000-CAD$364,000 (base salary CAD$182,000 with OTE $364,000)
