As part of Clio’s dynamic team, you will influence business strategy through comprehensive People programs while addressing organizational challenges. This role is meant for an experienced qualified adept at marrying the strategic and operational aspects of HR, effectively advising senior leaders and creating tailored solutions. You will drive initiatives that support talent strategy and performance enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Functions as a high-level advisor to Finance and Product leaders
• Shapes and executes People strategies aligned with business goals
• Directs complex redesign efforts and team integrations




• Coaches senior leaders on team dynamics and organizational impact
• Oversees sensitive employee relations issues and leads investigations

Requirements:
• Over 10 years of HR/People business partnering experience
• Ability to work with complex, cross-functional organizations
• Deep knowledge of performance management and workforce planning
• Understanding of employment law across various jurisdictions
• Proven analytical skills to leverage people data effectively
