Salary Range : 80,700 - 98,700 CAD per year.

Annual Bonus target up to double the target based on performance.

About the role
Intermediate RPA Software Developer (UiPath and PowerAutomate) to join the growing team.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain RPA automations using UiPath and PowerAutomate.

Identify and implement opportunities to augment RPA with LLMs (summarization, classification, extraction, routing, reasoning support).

Build agentic workflows that plan steps, call internal tools/APIs, and execute actions with guardrails.

Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, write Process Definition Documents and Service Definition Documents, and identify automation opportunities.

Create resilient automations with strong exception handling, logging, monitoring, and auditability.

Integrate automations with enterprise systems such as web apps, CRM, email, APIs, and databases.

Support testing (unit, integration, UAT), deployment, and production support; troubleshoot issues and perform root‑cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands‑on RPA solution development experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

UiPath and Power Automate certifications.

Robust understanding of RPA concepts:



selectors, queues, orchestrations, credential vaults.

Experience with structured error handling.

Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Scripting and programming experience in Python, C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building or integrating agentic AI frameworks.

Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI concepts, including prompting patterns, RAG basics, function calling, evaluation concepts such as accuracy and hallucination risk, and human in the loop.

Experience integrating with LLM providers such as OpenAI or AWS Bedrock.

Experience with document automation and unstructured data processing.

Bilingualism (English and French) required for Quebec candidates.

Canadian work eligibility required; no Canadian work experience required.
