At HOCS Projects, you will work alongside a highly experienced team executing projects from concept through commissioning with a strong focus on cost predictability and fit-for-purpose design.**Location:** Calgary, AB **Experience Levels:** Intermediate (5–10 years) Senior (10+ years)**What You Will Do**Develop and deliver core process engineering outputs including PFDs, P&IDs;, heat and mass balances, and design basis documents Perform equipment sizing, hydraulic calculations, and process system design Build and maintain process simulation models using industry-standard software Provide process input into multi-discipline engineering deliverables Support projects through all phases including concept development, detailed design, construction, and commissioning Participate in troubleshooting, performance analysis,



and site data collection Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure practical and constructible solutions**Senior Role (Additional Responsibilities):** Act as Process Lead, responsible for schedule, budget, and quality of deliverables Lead and mentor process engineering teams Establish calculation methods and process design standards Review and approve process deliverables and provide professional sign-off Interface with clients and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution**What We Are Looking For**Intermediate: 5–10 years of oil & gas or industrial experience Senior: 10–15+ years of relevant experience Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent Registered or eligible for registration with APEGA (P.Eng required for senior roles) Strong experience in process simulation, system design, and equipment sizing Experience working in EPC/EPPM environments Strong understanding of process design methodologies and industry standards Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Legally entitled to work in Canada**Why Join HOCS Projects?**Be part of a growing, technically solid engineering firm Work on meaningful projects in oil & gas and industrial sectors Collaborative, team-focused environment Opportunities to lead, mentor, and grow your career On-site perks including a gym and free parking**Apply Now**
