Our large Manufacturing client in Oshawa is looking to hire a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong skills with HRSD and Employee Centre.
This is a hybrid role - 2 days/week on-site in Oshawa.
This is a 2 year contract position.
Job Overview Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, HR, SIR departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
Candidate must have strong ServiceNow experience as a BA, create user stories and navigate ServiceNow, develop workflows
Conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement
Ensure that requirements are clearly articulated and aligned with business objectives
Write transparent and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of user stories.




Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business goals
Experience 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in ServiceNow leading HRSD stories as the primary focus, ITSM as secondary
Education: Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in IT, HR, and SIR modules.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
