Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing care policies in collaboration with the Registered Nurse
• Alert physicians to significant changes in resident conditions
• Work with the healthcare team to meet all care requirements




• Supervise and direct Personal Support Workers effectively
• Contribute to team reports to inform fellow staff of changes
Requirements:
• Experience in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing
• Understanding of health care regulations and standards
• Valid Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Active membership with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Familiarity with personnel and nursing administration
