You will conduct assessments, create tailored action plans, and deliver comprehensive employment support services. Your role demands a keen understanding of healthcare labour market trends and effective coaching for job seekers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct eligibility assessments and individualized action plans
• Deliver end-to-end employment support services and workshops




• Manage client caseloads using CRM software and maintain records
• Facilitate workshops on healthcare job search topics
• Establish partnerships with healthcare institutions for client placements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent in relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of case management experience
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian healthcare labor market
• Solid skills in job search techniques and career development
• Certified Career Development Practitioner designation is a plus
