As a full time Program Coordinator, you will oversee program planning, implementation, and evaluation while ensuring alignment with community needs and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Autistic individuals and demonstrate excellent organizational skills to manage multiple programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of assigned sport and recreation initiatives
• Plan and monitor budgets and seasonal schedules
• Deliver staff training and maintain performance standards
• Build partnerships with community organizations
• Evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for growth
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in education, recreation therapy, or a related field
• Prior experience in program coordination preferred
• Familiarity with autism support strategies
• Valid BC Driver’s license and ability to travel
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
