Primary Responsibilities
Diagnose engine, electrical, fuel, and mechanical issues
Pdi new units, Rigg and complete warranty work
Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tune ups, water pumps, belt replacements, lubrication and inspections.
Install accessories and factory updates.
Complete major repairs(bellows, drives, modules, )
5 Days a week with 10 hr shifts. with ROTATING Saturdays

Skills and Qualifications
Experience working on all Mercury and MerCruiser engines. Bonus if have worked on other brands as well (Mercury Certified preferred)
Mechanical aptitude with 2-stroke & 4-stroke engines, fuel injection and electrical systems
Organized, able to multitask and detail- oriented.
