As a Facilities Services Worker on a one-year contract, you will play a vital role in keeping various areas clean, including offices and lunchrooms. Ideal candidates will possess a robust work ethic and enjoy physical activity. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing facilities, and supporting operational events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness across all facility areas
• Sweep, mop, and use auto-scrubbing machines
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms
• Manage waste disposal throughout your shift
• Assist with event setups and cleaning as needed
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year in janitorial or custodial work
• Building Services Worker Certificate is beneficial
• Knowledge of GMP environments is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required for commuting
